These Terms of Service govern your use of Delphia 3D Painter and purchases made from Delphia Games. By downloading, installing, or purchasing the software, you agree to these terms.
1. License to use the software
Delphia Games grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Delphia 3D Painter on your own Windows device, subject to these terms and the applicable license purchased.
2. Purchases and payments
Delphia Games sells the software through Paddle, our merchant of record. Prices, taxes, payment processing, and order confirmations are handled through Paddle’s checkout. Your purchase is subject to Paddle’s applicable terms and policies.
3. Acceptable use
You may not copy, resell, rent, reverse engineer, distribute, or use the software in a way that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of Delphia Games or others. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and license information.
4. Updates, availability, and support
The full edition includes updates released within version 1.x. Delphia Games may modify, improve, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to provide support, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
5. Liability and changes to these terms
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delphia Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software. We may update these terms as the software or legal requirements change; the current effective date will appear at the top of this page.
